Dr. Fraser Davidson
Dr. Fraser Davidson – Bachelor of Veterinary Science, President of the Society of BC Veterinarians

I moved to New Zealand in 2000 to pursue my dream of becoming a veterinarian.  I graduated with a degree in Veterinary Science (BVSc) from Massey University in 2005.  I remained in New Zealand for two years which gave me a vast amount of experience working with large animals.  This unquestionably helped me realize that my real passion is in small animal veterinary work!  In 2007, I moved to the UK where I chose to do Veterinary locums in London and throughout other areas of the UK which exposed me to many different practices and learning opportunities. I brought back all of these experiences to Vancouver in 2010 where I went on to own two veterinary practices (Point Grey and Acadia).

Creating and owning this Sea to Sky clinic has been the culmination of my veterinary dream! Our family – my wife, two young children and eleven animals have considered Squamish as our “forever home” since we moved here in 2017.  We are thrilled to be a permanent part of this vibrant community, and as a veterinarian, I look forward to becoming a part of your life, and the lives of your animals.

Having been born and raised in Vancouver and spending most of my life in the Sea to Sky Corridor, it is a privilege to be servicing this community as your local Veterinarian.

Dr. Jackie Lougheed – Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

Sea to Sky Veterinary Clinic is delighted to have Dr. Jackie Lougheed back in Squamish and joining our team. Originally from Ontario, Dr. Jackie’s love of the mountains has helped make BC her new home. She attended Dalhousie University in Halifax, where she completed her Bachelor of Science. After graduation Jackie enjoyed the wonderful experience of being an intern dolphin trainer on the Big Island in Hawaii.

She then went on to earn her degree in Veterinary Medicine at the Veterinary College of Ireland in Dublin in 2014. She has a special interest in surgery and practicing preventative medicine. Outside of work Jackie enjoys skiing, biking, surfing and spending time with Angus, her 7-year-old rescue cat.
